This is always disappointing… But remember one rule. Never submit the result of your work until you receive money. If you’ve done your job, you can always prove it. In your case, you could record video with traffic interception.

Too dumb, the app you got was without SSL pinning (what kind of work are we talking about?)
you said you need mitm without any cert installed. I’ve patched to trust any cert. Good luck.
